How to Prepare for a Recorded Meeting
· meetings, recording, transcription
A clean recording begins before anyone speaks. Name the meeting clearly, tell participants it is recorded, reduce room noise and keep one person speaking at a time.
During the call
State decisions and ownership aloud: “Aman owns the launch checklist by Monday.” Repeat deadlines when they matter. This makes the eventual notes far clearer than vague language.
After the call
Open Meeting Mode, review the transcript, correct names, and share the short recap. The goal is not a perfect record; it is a reliable next step for the people who need it.
